Welcome to 1-on-1. By purchasing our hourly consulting packages or utilizing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase our services.
This website and the "1-on-1" technical consulting service are exclusively owned and operated by LatinConsulting LLC. Any references to "we", "us", "our" or the "site" refer to this legal entity.
We provide one-on-one technical consulting and advisory services by the hour. Purchased hours are consumed via mutually agreed video calls scheduled through our integrated calendar system. The service may include software architecture design, code reviews, database query tuning, or specific debugging help.
All payments must be made in advance in US Dollars (USD) through our secure payment gateway. No consulting sessions will be confirmed or scheduled until the corresponding package payment is fully processed and an official invoice is generated.
Upon successful payment, clients can schedule their hours using our availability calendar. Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot. Failures to cancel within this timeframe or no-shows will result in the slot being marked as consumed, and those hours will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Our technical consulting is performed using high industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that the provided advice will fully resolve all client-specific bugs or infrastructure issues. LatinConsulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use the advice provided.
