Refund Policy

At 1-on-1 (operated by LatinConsulting LLC), we strive to deliver technical consulting services of the highest standard. Our refund policy is structured in compliance with the digital services trade guidelines set by major platforms like Stripe, Paddle, and Whop.

1. Refund Eligibility

Given the custom and digital nature of hourly consulting services, refund eligibility is governed by the following criteria:

  • Full Refund (100%): You are eligible for a full refund if requested before scheduling any session on our calendar, or if you cancel/reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Billing System Errors: Duplicate charges or processing errors on our payment gateway will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Once a video consulting session has been conducted or has started.
  • If you cancel or request rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
  • Missed slots or failure to join the scheduled call (no-show).
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with technical findings if the service was delivered diligently.

3. Refund Request Process

To request an eligible refund, please email [email protected] with your invoice number (INV-...) and request details. Eligible requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, the credit should appear on your original payment card within 5 to 10 additional business days, depending on your card issuer.
